Indian Buffalo Milk is known for its rich composition and unique nutritional value. Buffalo Milk has a higher content of fat, lactose, casein, whey proteins, and minerals than Cow milk.
All Indian Buffalo breeds produce A2 Milk, which is widely appreciated for delivering extraordinary health benefits and is safer than A1 Milk. Buffalo milk is considered perfect for the preparation of Malai, Khoa, Makhan, Dahi, Paneer, Kheer, Kulfi, Payasam and Ghee.
JUST PURE A2 Buffalo Desi Ghee is prepared from thick and creamy milk of Indian Murrah Buffalo. The Murrah Buffaloes of Distt. Hisar (Where our Farm is situated), Jind and Sirsa (Haryana) are regarded as one of the superior breed of buffaloes in all over the country. They have sturdy body structure and have high resistance power against diseases.
We treat our buffaloes with respect and care. We make sure that they are given the freedom to move around, dwell in loving surroundings and their feed consists of high nutritional value. To maintain the quality standards of milk, the feed served to our buffaloes is mainly grown and supplied by our own farmers.
Ghee, cream and butter made from Murrah Buffalo milk has high fat and mineral content. JUST PURE uses ancient Bilona method to extract Desi Buffalo Ghee from fresh and pure Buffalo milk. Traditionally, the Ghee derived through Bilona method is prepared from churned butter on low temperature.
A brief look into the step-by-step process of JUST PURE's A2 Buffalo Desi Ghee:
- Fresh A2 Buffalo Milk is procured by our trustworthy farmers and supplied to us.
- The raw and unprocessed milk is then heated and slowly boiled in the pots for about 4 to 5 hours.
- The boiled buffalo milk is then cooled down to 40 degrees and cultured for preparing the curd.
- A full-fat, thick and creamy curd is ready after 4 to 5 hours.
- Using the Bilona method, curd is then churned with a bi-directional churner to separate the nutritionally rich butter.
- The collected butter is then slowly heated and cooked in the stainless-steel pan until the clear ghee becomes visible.
- In the last step, Ghee is clarified through 5 layers of cotton cloth into the packaging vessel and further packed into glass jars.
- This way white coloured, granular and abundantly nourishing A2 Buffalo Ghee is hygienically prepared at our site.
