Why we still do it the slow way
The ghee that starts from curd, not cream.
Bilona ghee is rich in butyric acid — the short-chain fatty acid that feeds your gut lining, reduces inflammation, and supports digestion. This is not a supplement. It is food that has always worked this way.
What nature packed into a single leaf.
7× the Vitamin C of oranges. 4× the calcium of milk. 3× the potassium of bananas. Moringa is not a trend. It is one of the most nutritionally complete plants on earth. We just preserved it properly.
Cold-pressed once. Never heated. Nothing lost.
Cold-pressed oils preserve every nutrient the seed had. Once you cook with oil that has not been industrially processed, you will notice the difference — in taste, in aroma, in how your food feels.
4 days from MILK to JAR
Where Purity Begins
It all starts with the gentle rhythm of our gaushalas in Haryana, where desi cows are cared for like family. Fresh A2 milk is collected with love and turned into rich, wholesome curd left to set naturally, just like in our childhood homes. This is not just milk transforming; it’s the beginning of a story rooted in patience, care, and purity.
The Art of Churning
As the curd matures, it is hand-churned using traditional methods to bring out soft, creamy makkhan. Every churn echoes the wisdom of generations, where no shortcuts exist only time-honored rituals. Here, purity rises to the surface, just like the values we hold close.
Slow Fire, Deep Essence
The freshly churned butter is then placed over a gentle flame, melting slowly as its aroma begins to fill the air. This stage is all about patience letting the butter transform at its own pace, releasing a rich, nutty fragrance that feels like home. Nothing is rushed, because true purity takes time.
Golden Drops of Tradition
What remains after hours of careful simmering is liquid gold clear, aromatic A2 ghee, crafted to perfection. Each drop carries the warmth of our gaushalas, the honesty of our process, and the love we pour into every batch. By the fourth day, it’s no longer just ghee it’s a legacy, ready to be a part of your family.
