01 What makes JustPure products different?

JustPure products are made in small batches using traditional methods where the method itself matters. For our ghee, that means the bilona process. For moringa, that means careful drying, grinding, and sealing without unnecessary interference. We focus on traceability, process integrity, and food that still feels like food.

02 Why can taste, colour, or texture vary slightly from batch to batch?

Because these are natural food products, some variation is normal. Season, feed, climate, source material, and batch conditions can slightly affect aroma, colour, and texture. Such variation does not by itself indicate defect, adulteration, or loss of integrity.

03 What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product and batch and is stated on the product label. Customers should always follow storage instructions on the pack and use a clean, dry spoon or handling method where applicable.

04 Are your products safe for children and pregnant women?

Our products are natural food items with no additives or preservatives. However, as with any dietary change, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before introducing new foods for infants, young children, or during pregnancy. Our ghee is traditional food — not a supplement or medical product.

Returns, Refunds, and Support

01 Can I return a product?

Because these are consumable food products, returns are not ordinarily accepted after delivery. Where there is a genuine issue such as damage, leakage, tampering, or incorrect delivery, the matter is handled under the Refund Policy.

02 What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the outer package, inner packaging, label, and product condition. The review process and available remedies are governed by the Refund Policy.

03 Do you offer bulk, wholesale, or export orders?

Yes. For larger orders, institutional requirements, or export-related enquiries, contact the team directly with the product, quantity, destination, and timeline required.

04 How is my personal information handled?

Customer data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and used for order fulfilment, customer communication, support handling, operational review, and compliance purposes.

05 How do I reach support?

You can write to [email protected]. For faster handling, include your order number, the product involved, and a clear description of the issue in the first message.

Every order gets a tracking link by email the moment it ships. If it has not arrived yet, here is exactly where it is in the process.

Order confirmed

An email lands with your order number. Nothing has moved yet - this is just the receipt.

Packed

Jars are wrapped and boxed by hand. We do not pack on Sundays, so a Saturday-night order goes out Monday.
1-2 working days
Handed to the courier

You get a second email with a tracking link. That link is live from this point, not before.
Day 2-3
Out for delivery

The courier calls before arriving in most cities. If nobody answers, they retry the next working day.
Day 3-6

Shipping questions

How long does delivery take?

Three to six working days across most of India. Metro cities are usually at the shorter end, the north-east and hill stations at the longer.

What does shipping cost?

Free above the cart threshold shown at checkout. Below it a flat charge is added before payment - you will always see it before you pay, never after.

My ghee arrived soft or liquid. Is it spoiled?

No. Ghee melts above about 25C, so in an Indian summer it often travels as liquid and sets again on a cool shelf. Texture changing with temperature is what real ghee does.

The jar arrived damaged. What now?

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Photograph the outer box as well as the jar - it tells us whether the courier dropped it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it is packed. Once it is with the courier we cannot pull it back. WhatsApp is the fastest way to catch an order before it leaves.

Do you deliver outside India?

Not from this store yet. Export and bulk shipments are handled through our trade arm - see the bulk orders page.
