Refund policy
At Justpure India, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Item: If you receive a product that is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct, undamaged product.
- Improperly Sealed Product: If the product’s seal is broken or compromised at the time of delivery, we will exchange it for a properly sealed product.
- Expired Product: If the product has expired by the time it is delivered to you, we will exchange it for a fresh, unexpired product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To complete your exchange/return, the invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange.
Exchange Procedure:
- Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via sales@justpureindia.com.
- Provide Information: Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage, incorrect item, broken seal, or expired product.
- Assessment: Our customer service team will assess your request and verify the issue.
- Exchange Approval: If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Exchange Process: We will arrange for the exchange of the product. You may need to return the original product to us.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than those listed above.
- Any exchange must be initiated within a specified timeframe.
- We do not provide refunds.

Cancellation
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not yet shipped the product. If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
Justpure India reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
