Niranjan Kumar oversees quality at JustPure. With 15 years of experience in dairy quality, including earlier experience at Amul, he brings the discipline of rigorous testing to products that are still made the slow and careful way.

How our animals are treated
The quality of our ghee begins with how our Kankrej cows are kept. These are the standards we hold ourselves to — not because they are the minimum required, but because they are the right way to do it.
Free grazing on natural pasture
Our Kankrej cows graze freely on natural pasture in Haryana. No confinement, no concrete stalls. Free-range farming reduces stress in animals — and stress directly affects milk quality.
The calf feeds first. Always.
We collect milk only after the calf has fed. This is a practice that ensures the calf receives full nutrition and the mother is not over-milked.
No synthetic feed. No hormones.
Our cows are not fed synthetic concentrates, chemical supplements, or growth hormones. Natural diet, natural milk.
